![]() Settings->More Settings->Advanced Tab, the Download shared folders box Raised with Microsoft, and awaiting for them to come back to me, as they've taken logs etc. I have also configured the group to send a copy of the email to their individual inboxes as this still works on the desktop client but this is far from ideal. There is clearly a bug somewhere preventing the Outlook Desktop client and Office 365 Group emails working consistently.įor now as a workaround I have advised the users to use the Outlook Web Portal if they want to view the emails for the group. I would suggest everyone else raise this with Microsoft also and hopefully they can take some notice of this issue. "recreate the email profile" only works for around 1 day before the emails stop coming into the group again. "Download Shared Folders" does not work and ![]() Initial response was to uncheck "Download Shared Folders" followed by "recreate the email profile" I have raised a support ticket with a Microsoft 365 support engineer.
